What hours are you available?
Hours of service are usually between 8:30 am and 5pm but these can be adjusted to meet the customer's needs. Please give us a call.
Do you offer services in addition to window washing?
Lighthouse Window Cleaning offers a full range of services including, window washing, pressure washing, house washing and gutter cleaning
When you clean my gutters, will the ladder damage my gutters?
We use stand off brackets as shown in photo to keep ladders
from touching gutters.
Can pressure washing damage my house or landscape?
There is potential for damage if pressure washing is not performed properly.Certain types of siding require more delicate care.We are skilled in washing all types of siding.We also rinse windows thoroughly to prevent bleach damage.We also use care to protect plants and trees near the house.
How many workers will come to my home?
Usually one or two,depending on the scope of the job.
How far in advance should I call to schedule an appointment?
It is preferable to schedule appointments as early as possible, especially during the busy season. We will make every effort to meet urgent needs.
How can I obtain an estimate?
There is no charge for an estimate. The preferred method is to come and view the home or property from the outside.A detailed estimate can then be given to the homeowner or placed in the mailbox if requested. Simplycall 678-947-0511 or e-mail us using the "Contact Us" form on this site.
Can you give me an estimate over the phone?
General pricing information can be given over the phone but an exact quote cannot be guaranteed without seeing the job.
How long will it take to complete the job?
This can vary depending on the amount of work to be performed. Generally a portion of one to two or three days.
